  As emergency can't not fault them but as an actual patient I would not recommend at all as the level of customer service is poor from some female receptionist at the Hounslow /Heston practice which is a shame as have always be greeted nicely by the gentleman who usually works on the front desk Issue with booking appointment after being placed on hold for 5 mins whilst they deal with other things the greet was a basic "hold on the line please " once my call was finally taken an appointment was made but when attending the appointment was advised it was firstly : 1. Not in the system 2. A different date and time after being being told no appointment was made in the system 3. I had to vist the dentist I had seen before - bare in mind this was my first my time as a patient so I had never seen the dentist at this patience 4. They had 2 records for me but didn't knew why this had happen I was advised I would see a dentist after having to complain and waiting only to be told she was going home and I needed to see the dentist who treated me before (which again I advised them I had never seen any dentist and this was my first appointment as a registered patient) . No body was able to respond to this deposited looking at the records . Unable to speak to manager despite requesting too , mistakes happen which is understandable but it's how it's is resolved and people need to take ownership of them instead of trying to put he blame on others , as a result from the belittling and smugness I received I ended up losing my patience with them and will take my service to other dentists patience From the overall experience would not recommend registering as a new patience directly especially if you are private patient and pay for your treatments . I do hope my feedback is taken into account and customer service training can be offered where need be , or a refresher course provide to the two mature Asian ladies skills working on reception as they need to understand that often patience are in pain and require dental care and mistakes in house have an impact on the patients and some times a little understanding can calm a situation in hand . The gentleman who usually works at the Heston/Hounslow patience I can not fault as his friendly and helpful so was rather shocked at the experience I received in his absence .

  Mahmoud was extremely helpful at first point of contact where he recommended Dr Aneel for my braces which I went ahead with. Mahmoud is always there if I needed extra wax or emergency pain, he's so helpful and friendly. Dr Aneel is a fantastic orthodontist and he's extremely friendly and sees me very often to speed up my braces process. I highly recommend this dentist as their prices are lower than Orthosmile!! Definitely go with this one, great service and help!!
